Meat Barbecue


Cold Pressed Extracts of Spices Turci are perfect for the barbecue.
Rosemary, Garlic, Lemon, Oregano and Chilli can be added before, after and while cooking.

Below two marinatings for meat, to be made at least one hour before grilling.

Red Wine and Garlic Marinating, perfect for red meat:

  • 120 ml of red wine
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 sprays of Garlic Extract Turci
  • 6 sprays of Rosemary Extract Turci

Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly before pouring over the meat.

Yogurt Spicy Marinating, perfect for chicken and pork:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 sprays of Garlic Extract Turci
  • 1 small piece (about 5 cm) of grated fresh ginger
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 6 sprays of Chili Extract Turci
  • 180 ml plain yogurt
  • 4 sprays of Lemon Extract Turci
  • black pepper

Fry the onion in the oil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl, add the yoghurt and the other spices and mix well.
